What Size Tent Do I Need for My Party?

A common planning rule of thumb is about 10 square feet per guest standing, about 12 for guests seated at long tables and about 15 for round tables, plus extra space for a dance floor, buffet, bar or stage. For example, 100 guests at round tables need roughly 1,500 square feet, such as a 30×50-foot tent. Your rental company will confirm the layout.
